Romance Wednesday

Romance Wednesday is a big hit with my Hubby! I was on the phone with him this morning, when out of the blue, he announced that it was Wednesday and demanded to know why my post about him was on the blog yet! Narcissistic much?! LOL
This post is for my husband who encourages my dreams and pushes me towards my goals. In the six years we’ve been together, life has presented us with many twists and turns. Thankfully, we are firm believers in everything happens for a reason and at the exact time it should.
Prior to meeting my husband I apply to a job in Atlanta. I had an interview, but did not get the job. My feelings were hurt. However, had I gotten the job I would have been long gone from Charlotte when my husband came visit his best friend and my co-worker at the time. (The first time we met) When we moved to SC, my husband went on many job interviews in those first few months. Time after time, nothing would pan out. Then, he landed a job with his current company, he loves the job and his co-workers. Who is to say he would be as happy with any of the other positions?
So, my dear I am thankful for this predestined life with you. I know what ever twists and turns come our way will happen in the exact time and manner in which they are supposed to. I look forward traveling down this winding road with my hand in your hand.

PS
*Check out his awesome comment on my last Romance Wednesday post:)*

Everything does happen for a reason. Sometimes we don’t know why or in what direction things will go. Sometimes great comes from bad. But sometimes bad comes from good. Life is full of ups and downs. I can’t think of going on this ride we call life without you. You are the rock that I proudly stay tethered to. You make the downs feel like joys and the joys feel extraordinary. We are each others biggest supporters and I believe that with each others support there is nothing that we can’t accomplish. I am blessed that you decided to give me a chance to win your heart and love. Sometimes things happen that you can’t explain. The thing that I can’t explain is why I was chosen to share life with you. I love you and everything that you have become. .

I am in South Carolina too. It is amazing how things come together. How wonderful that you met, because you didn’t move.

Aw… he sounds like a great guy! I love how he asks about his appearances on the blog – mine can be that way, too. Y’all sound like you have a great relationship.

Stopping by from comment hour. I do think everything happens for a reason, and think it’s neat when we get to see what that reason is!

It’s nice to take the time to think about what you really appreciate in your relationship, especially as the years go by. Good for you.

Love itI So romantic and I truly believe in fate. Had I not turned on the radio and heard about a company hiring I would not have applied and would not have met my husband when I got the job.
