I was just wondering, am I the only one in need of some career direction? Yes, I am very grateful to be employed. I mean we all have bills but something is missing. I thought I figured it out when I decided to take Event Planning classes. I liked planning and implementing those plans but I became distracted and uninterested in the course. Plus, with the schedule I had it was impossible to intern or work part-time with a planner. So I’m not sure that’s my calling either. I want to go back and get my Masters but the price tag gives me shortness of breath! I wish I would have just gotten it right out of undergrad but I got a job, in my major, and thought that would be perfect. Now years later here I am. I have a girlfriend in her mid thirties that is finishing her 1st semester of law school. She spent years in television also and thought that was going to be it for her but it wasn’t. So she quit her job and is toughing it out in law school full-time! Moral of the story is it’s never too late pursue what you want even if it means turning your life upside down. I just hope I make that move before I’m 35!!!
I'm just saying
